Rajapushpa Imperia has been designed to cater to the modern community’s living requirements while maintaining a natural setting’s essence in a dense development. The design philosophy is rooted in climate consciousness and sustainable principles, spread across 24.01 acres of land. With over 82% of open space, the project’s abundant open space has been thoughtfully curated, featuring designer gardens, an Amphitheatre with grand water bodies, outdoor sports facilities, and more.

The project’s primary challenge was to create urban living units that are state-of-the-art while also being nature-centric and catering to the outdoor requirements of residents. The arrangement of corridor spaces has been shifted to create interesting building blocks that meet privacy demands, enhance individual identities, and become a catalyst for spatial activation. The project’s designers have carefully crafted these spaces to accommodate the community’s needs while maintaining a connection with nature.

The project incorporates features such as rainwater harvesting, solar panels, and a waste management system to minimize the impact on the environment.
