My mission ‘was once one of the antique preservation, transforming but’ the most ‘current logistics, with the synergy of the client, always present in detail each intervention.
Gardone Riviera is a delicious village overlooking the lake of Garda, famous above all because here is the Vittoriale, by Gabriele D’Annunzio. In this area the architect Carlo Ceresoli took care of the restoration project of an early villa Novecento, of which it has been completely redistributed usability, both internal and external: that is all the more important, as the building is located right next to the Vittoriale of Gardone Riviera.
“My conception was that of conservation period”, says the architect Ceresoli “in which logistics fits more current, modern technologies, in synergy with the client, a detail that is always present in my every action. Luxury, functionality and aesthetics precious are the prominent features of this work. “I created an architectural box”, continues Ceresoli, “within which I distributed the spaces, in order to guarantee a better logistical usability”.
The style of the house reflects a classic flair that is enhanced with fine objets d’art.
