The 4500 m2 site has been effectively planned to accommodate 8 double storey units, each with over 400m2 of living space.
The entrance to each unit is a composition of cantilevered slabs, glass and cladding drawing the visitor in. The Staircases are walled by full height sandblasted glass allowing for natural light to fill the spaces. Each unit includes an open plan lounge, dining room, kitchen and guest toilet.
Units range from three bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, to four bedrooms and an en-suite studio with staff quarters.
