The required program is distributed over three floors. The ground floor houses the garage and service area, the first floor houses the entrance hall, a toilet, a storeroom and a large room for a dining room where the kitchen is incorporated.

This room communicates with covered outdoor spaces that are continuous with a terrace raised above the ground that surrounds three of the four facades of the house. Four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a large terrace have been projected on the upper floor.

The layout and size of the projected openings, as well as the use of sliding partitions, allow the visual and physical connection of the bedrooms, bathroom, and terrace, and the panoramic enjoyment of the surrounding landscape.
