Marbella, January 2023 – A villa completely renovated but open to potential changes and adaptations according to the needs and taste of the owners, with a decorative project still to be done.

In these conditions came this house, Villa Alcotanes, owned by a couple living in the UK, to the hands of Alexandra Studio, an interior design studio founded and directed by Dominique Alexandra and specialized in luxury projects.
The clients have entrusted her with the entire decorative work for which they have also developed interventions of adaptation and generation of specific spaces, as well as carpentry and home automation.
“The objective has been to adapt the villa to their specific needs and tastes. Our job has been to make it theirs, their own, so that when they came to spend periods of time in Marbella, they would feel it as a home,” explains interior designer Dominique Alexandra. “Interior design and decoration are very powerful tools to achieve just that, that spaces speak of the people who live in them,” she continues, “and our clients explained very clearly what they wanted, giving us the necessary freedom to be able to materialize a project that met their requirements, while being both harmonious and sophisticated”.
