The building was completely rehabilitated, maintaining the exterior facades, repairing and maintaining the original wooden structure, and renewing the roof.

It is a house on two floors but with quite small dimensions, in total it only has 60 sqm, but with a very complete program of living-dining room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a reading area and two bathrooms.

The main request of the owners was to make the most of the available space in the most functional way possible and without making the house cluttered.

The entire house is structured around the double-height space that makes up the living-dining room-kitchen. The room that brings together the entire life of the house and from which the other spaces flow. The staircase is given special prominence, which appears almost like a sculpture, with a metallic structure that makes it visually lighter and integrates it into the space.

Since the priority was to make the most of the available meters, the elements are equipped with various functions. Thus, the kitchen island unfolds to serve as a dining table, the ceiling beams support the lighting, a bedroom for guests is improvised in the reading area… All the spaces are used.

Light tones and natural fabrics complete the ensemble and create a cozy atmosphere that invites you to relax after a beautiful day at the beach.
