The home also enjoys a detached pool house with one bedroom, a bath, living and kitchenette area. The pool house roof cantilevers 14’ providing shade for a covered sitting area beside the pool.
The Gabriel Home is 3300 sf and the pool house is 600 sf with 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths total plus a 3 car garage.
