The facade is shaped by a cascade of concrete boxes running down the entire vertical of the building with a curved corner offering residents unparalleled vistas across the city, sunsets over the Pichincha volcano and views of the neighbouring La Carolina Park. In keeping with the greenery of the area, the building’s balconies offer a variety of native trees and plants, which will flourish over the coming years, transforming the facade of the building into a celebration of Quito’s verdant biodiversity.
