Vatika Signature Villas have been conceived as a lifestyle based residential neighbourhood where everyday life inspires the design and layout of the habitat. A habitat that defines itself by looking closely on the fundamental – yet often forgotten elements around us; a bit of healthy hedonism; and a desire for self indulgence.

All unit types in the Vatika Signature villas, in their basic typology, are based on a courtyard centric plan type with abundant yet controlled natural light, ventilation and views of nature.
These open courtyards are carefully situated and proportioned so as to bring an enhanced sense of openness or spaciousness and also to exploit views of the outdoors as one moves around the zones of the houses, and vertically between different levels of the house. The stairs have been intentionally positioned, in a neck form, facing the court to allow interesting views to unfold at various levels.
Furthermore, the folded plate stairs are meant to become a sculptural element of the house. Wherever possible the central court space has been interlinked, with a sideyard to the generous backyard area. The park facing plots enjoy views of the central greens from the backyard as well, while the others that front the park enjoy the view from their front greens. The 406 yard perimeter plots have been conceived as ‘urban villas’ that create and share a unique address on a elegantly designed neighbourhood street.
