The configuration of the façades consists of a series of horizontal grey strips that form the levels of each floor and make up the terraces. The windows are located between the strips.

In this project, the central and communal space takes on great importance and is treated differently depending on its orientation, with a large deciduous wooded space being located in order to protect the south-west façade of the building during the summer season”
