A young web development company acquired this old barn and wanted to convert it to their headquarter. Because the company Lyfter strongly believes in collaboration it had to be a shared workspace.

Without being a formal office with cubicles or small spaces the surface is divided in different zones with different atmospheres.The idea is that tenants can use all of the space and not only a designated part. On the ground floor there is a fitness club and restaurant.
The concept of the transformation is to keep and respect as much as possible the atmosphere and characteristics of this typical Flemish barn.
Because the location is within an agricultural setting they expect mostly agri tech companies to join. These agri tech companies have plenty of possibilities around the building for test locations.
Building has started and is expected to be completed in the spring of 2023
