Renovation of the house in general to align with a refreshed contemporary style. Demolish existing pool house and tennis court to allow for new pool house pavilion accommodating guest toilet/change room, gym, lounge and dining space, wood burning braai owing out onto a tanning deck towards the renovated pool.
Finally upgrade the boundary walls to be 3m high with the addition of a guard house forming part of the grand vehicular entrance.
