A large residential area and development master plan allowed for the location of a building with a living area of more than 700 m2 and a total area of almost 1,500 m2. This large, modern villa with a swimming pool includes a large, representative entrance area, SPA area, a huge day zone, five bedrooms, including one master bedroom on the ground floor with a covered private terrace, a garage for four cars and numerous technical and utility rooms.
The shape of this modern residence is very innovative and dynamic. We use a lot of overhangs and supports. Such solutions were made possible by the space steel structure. As a result, we obtained smaller thicknesses, larger overhangs and a dynamic form, reminiscent of Californian houses and ultra-modern houses from the Mediterranean countries.

AUTHOR OF OVER 100 FULL-SECTOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS AND MANY ARCHITECTURAL, INTERIOR, ARCHITECTURAL, CONCEPTUAL AND COMPETITION PROJECTS. HAS A VERY LARGE EXPERIENCE IN THE WHOLE INVESTMENT PROCESS AND IN VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIZATIONS.
Mirza Rzayev – architect, art director in BIAMS from V 2022. Born, live and work in Baku (Azerbaijan). Study architecture (1st degree) in Istanbul (Turkey) and in Warsaw (Poland). Work in architekture offices in Europe: Milan (IT), London (UK), Istanbul and Warsaw. Now live in Lodź from year 2022. Very goog in big villas, modern residentials and contemporary architecture. Work in a lot of graphics programs, CAD. Konws well BIM (ArchiCAD). Very good in 3d Modeling (3D studio) and visualisations (VRay, Corona). Fluent speak in Turkish, Russian, Polish, English. Designs very well buildings and interiors.
