An articulating screen separates the entry from the open plan living spaces beyond, channeling light and playing with a decorative pattern that changes as the screen is opened or closed.
On the ground floor, a concrete bench and custom wooden niches house the clients’ media center, art, and guitars—while concealing ductwork and mechanical elements.
The two-floor rear addition contains a new kitchen overlooking the back yard, and a principal suite with ensuite bathroom above.
