A 300 square yards skillfully created at the heart of Delhi based colony “Jain Colony”.
Our design process starts with asking the right questions and understanding the clients and site requirements. The building is owned by two families having distinct requirements and requisites.

The eye – catchy elevation was designed with the idea to give a grand and magnificent entry to the space. The use of ‘ Corian’ and ‘ European Casts’ accomplishes our thoughts. The entry has a huge ‘Arch Structure’ taking the elevation to its peak, following the religion we added their
‘AUM’ on the elevation as well.
Here, we have created 2 sets of duplex and a stilt parking. As we enter the residence we have a double side cut out, giving the space immense grandeur and captivating aura. Each floor comprises of two bedrooms each, with a personal touch for the occupant. They had a requirement for a personal meditation room, so we planned an all ‘WHITE room’ giving a perfect balance and peace to the user.
For the first time we harvested the air conditioner’s waste water to an underground tank which is used for watering plants and some household chores. Backing the eco-friendly architecture, we do have solar panels installed in our building which conserves a lot of client’s electric resources.
