Evolution Design created the headquarters for management and IT consultant Eraneos Group in order to encourage cross-collaboration and maintain a ‘one-company’ culture within this fast-growing organization.
Along with open plan workspaces and enclosed meeting rooms, each floor comprises a high number of acoustic booths for single video calls or larger meetings with several participants. There are also four individually-styled rooms for focused working. Demarcated with glass partitions to grant transparency and fluidity, these rooms feature floor-to-ceiling wall graphics depicting UNESCO World Heritage Sites and bountiful indoor plants that boost well-being and productivity.
In order to foster socializing and chance meetings, three bright and energizing coffee points are available throughout the building. Designed with different zones to enable staff to eat lunch together, have informal meetings and break out in a relaxed atmosphere, these hubs form the social life of the office.
The largest hub on the top floor has a custom bar counter equipped with a beer tap and is intended to resemble a downtown cocktail lounge where Eraneos staff and guests can meet also after work and enjoy a drink together.
