The renovation of the 43m² apartment, located in one of the new super-floors of the Northwest of Brasilia, consisted in integrating the spaces through carpentry pieces, allowing, when desirable, its separation.
Project Name: Northwest Apartment 307
Studio Name: ARQBR
Project size: 43 m2
Completion date: 2017
Location: Asa Sul, Brazil

The main carpentry piece runs along the largest wall of the plant and comprises storage spaces for kitchen, living room, circulation and bedroom.
A backward wheel, of the same materiality, integrates all the carpentry pieces from the kitchen wall and openings along the cabinets mark the windows and allow the entrance of natural light.
Another piece, facing the living room and also in light wood, creates the delimitation of the corridor that connects social space and intimate space. The kitchen, integrated to the living room, is marked by white carpentry cabinets, granite countertops and a tile panel.
