Elevate Promotions is a chic fashion P.R Firm located in the hub of Bandra West owned by 2 young entrepreneurial head sisters. The firm is a duplex of 1500 sq ft area. The brief of the project was to create an elegant and minimalist working space for a capacity of 25 fashionable girls.

The brief required was a cabin for the younger proprietor who handles back office, along with an accounts cabin, reception & waiting area,pantry toilets, storage and a conference room on the lower floor. Whereas the upper floor was planned for the elder proprietor’s huge cabin space & staff tables. The staff was divided into two segments of sourcing and marketing. The vision for the office is a minimalistic open office set up, inspired by their elegant branding with a touch of industrial living.
The big idea is to break free from the mundane work environment of typical office interiors & create a scintillating & inspiring work space . The color palate of teak wood juxtaposed with black aluminium french partitions. The French Partitions was designed to make the space look seamless. The texted Grey finish on the north south walls are added for warm effect with pink & Burgundy Seating systems. The visitors chairs are eames and delta black with wood finish. The illuminations are variant geometric forms of wrought iron casting shadows on the non reflected ceiling. The duplex is acceded by a grey wooden spiral staircase with carpet flooring that highlight at the entrance along with customized magazine unit and waiting area.
The spatial features of the space are the extensive use of glass panels for on the cast in situ aluminium anodized frame work. There are chic dart board & coffee table corners utilised in the niches which will further be used for future expansion. All the tables form the same design which is an amalgamation of Black Metal Stands with Teak wood laminated tops which are designed differently in size and style based on its use.
The Magazine unit at the entrance is an important function due to their subscriptions and therefore is designed to enhance their work code through this. Always in vogue, the space is neutral in terms of color due to their elegant branding, where the charm of the space is through their life supporting enthusiastic girls who run this marketing and P.R. of the whos who brands of bollywood. During the first phase of design, the key aspects was the planning space as per their brief within the 2 floors.
