Amidst the industrial area of greater noida, where all office spaces have a basic and rustic look, the designed office space has very trendy and vibrant look. Thus, making the space more welcoming and lively to the employees.

Client brief
The MD of the company is a Yale Post Graduate and wanted a complete face lift of the existing working patterns. Keeping in mind the expansion plans and how elaborate are his ideas towards his growing company, the space designed is very Vibrant, Trendy, easy to maintain & Functional.
The Rustic Industrial Feel with tints of Corporate flavor was the whole concept for this place. The Space is blessed with Huge Windows, so layout has been designed in such a way which doesn’t hinder the natural light coming in. All Free Circulation spaces and Workstations are towards Northeast Direction. A Double Height welcome is another Highlight of this commercial space. Lobby Reception have a double height ceiling and we have planned some very interesting Parametric Design Installation on 22′ high wall which starts from ground floor to ceiling of waiting lobby on 1st floor.
