Every project has an idea and our idea was to enhance the quality of living for the users. In our attempt to accomplish this, we developed the villas around an exceptionally well planned central landscaped area.
The central green scape was 35% of the entire ground coverage giving us an opportunity to push for more green development as compared to the civil work.
Each villa is planned in a way to provide maximum views towards the central “garden of paradise” which in turn resulted in natural light and ventilation. Orientation of each villa resulted in privacy for each owner from their neighbors.
Although, each villa is separated by a garden, the feeling of a larger common community is maintained by the core of the project, being the landscape. The experience of community spaces is further enhanced by meandering paths, water bodies, jogging and bicycle tracks.
