1. Taj Mahal Palace

2. King Power Mahanakhon Tower (Ritz Carlton Residences)

King Power MahaNakhon is a mixed-use skyscraper in the Silom/Sathon central business district of Bangkok, Thailand designed by Archetype Group. It was opened in December 2016. The Tower is a striking mixed-use development in the heart of Bangkok’s central business district. It features a unique design that introduces a three-dimensional ribbon of architectural ’pixels’ circling the tower’s full height, designed by OMA. It features the unconventional appearance of a glass curtain walled square tower with a cuboid-surfaced spiral cut into the side of the building. At 77 stories, and with a GFA of 135,000m², the tower will house the Ritz-Carlton Residences, with a mix of two-to-five bedroom homes, and The Bangkok Edition Hotel, which will offer a range of outstanding amenities. The top of the tower houses a multi-level, three-floor Terrace Bar & Restaurant with dramatic double-height spaces, private dining facilities for entertaining, and a rooftop outdoor bar with sweeping 360° views of the skyline and river, 310 meters above the city. The building was recognized as the tallest building in Thailand by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) until the Magnolias Waterfront Residences at ICONSIAM broke the record in 2018 with the height of 317 meters. Archetype was awarded the project and construction management and project management of the iconic Mahanakhon Tower.

3. Capital Place (Four Seasons Hotel) in Jakarta

Capital Place Jakarta is a mixed development complex at Jalan Jenderal Gatot Subroto in South Jakarta, Indonesia. Capital Place Office Tower is part of the complex, which also occupies by the Four Seasons Hotel. The office tower is a 215.1 meter tall, has 48 floors above & 6 floors below the ground. The tower tapers as it gets higher, with lower floors offering floor plates of 2,500 sqm. The middle floors are 2,100 sqm and the premium space at the top has a floor-plate of 1,800 sqm. The tower is built environmentally friendly with features include daylight and motion sensors for the interior lighting, such as in the bathrooms and stairwells. The tower is connected with the hotel building by a multilevel retail podium. There are also 1,350 car-park spaces in the complex.

4. Saigon Pearl

5. Siem Reap International Airport

Siem Reap International Airport serves Siem Reap, a popular tourist destination due to nearby Angkor Wat, Cambodia. It is one of Cambodia’s busiest hubs for both domestic and international flights, with over a million annual visitors touching down in the city. Its full name is Siem Reap-Angkor International Airport, after the famous ancient temple city of Angkor, which is the star attraction of Siem Reap. It is the second busiest airport in Cambodia after Phnom Penh International Airport.  The airport is at an elevation of 60 feet (18 m) above mean sea level. It has one runway with a concrete surface measuring 2,550 by 45 meters (8,366 ft × 148 ft). The new, modern terminal was inaugurated in 2006 and continues to grow to meet the increasing number of arrivals each year.

The mixed-use complex will be located on the site of the former Myanmar Railway Headquarters, which is a heritage building and a well-known landmark in the city. The entire project is expected to be more than 200,000m2 and comprises 1 retail podium, 2 office towers, 1 5-star hotel, and 1 executive luxurious residences tower. Based on the sheer size of the project, the Landmark Yangon will be the biggest development in downtown Yangon and one of the largest in the country.

8. Rue Lauriston

Azerai La Residence, Hue is an enchanting luxury hotel designed by Archetype Group situated on the fabled Perfume River, facing the Citadel – once home to emperors and now a UNESCO World Heritage site. At the heart of the resort is a colonial mansion, built-in 1930 as part of the residence of the French Resident Superieure. The mansion’s distinctive facade, its long horizontal lines, and nautical flourishes are hallmarks of the streamline moderne school of art in modern architecture. Its two complementary wings, built-in 2005, are contemporary in design yet echo elements of period aesthetics and embrace an expansive tropical garden and salt-water swimming pool. The resort provides a total of 122 rooms and suites, ten of which are located in the historic building, and the balance in two wings enjoying river and garden views. The aesthetic of the rooms and suites is contemporary, yet furnished with art modern period artwork and furniture.
