Fluidity of spaces is a key element, achieved through strategic partitioning that maintains visual connectivity while preserving privacy. A balanced interplay of glass and wood in partitions ensures a seamless yet structured layout, complementing the raw yet elegant material choices.
Spatial Experience
The office welcomes visitors into a reception and waiting area defined by warm brick and wooden textures, setting the tone for the spatial narrative. The director’s office stands out with its cement-finish walls adorned with vertical brick bands, reinforcing the project’s material identity while maintaining a professional yet inviting ambiance.
Additional cabins, including an accountant’s workspace, continue the theme with neutral greys and warm wood tones, accented by magnetic glass soft boards and refined partitioning. The ceiling, finished in concrete textures, is punctuated with light fixtures that echo the rustic-modern aesthetic, creating a harmonious visual experience.
At the heart of the office is the conference room, featuring a striking live-edge wooden table and low-height storage units that enhance openness. The cement-finish ceiling ties the space back to the overall material language, reinforcing the sense of continuity.
