Amanda D’Souza, a leading interior designer in Dubai, completed a 3,780-square-foot, two-floor penthouse project called The Bold Affair at the Marriott Marquis on Dubai Creek in 15 weeks. Before this project, KhaleejDunes ranked Euphoria Interiors number one among the ten best Interior design companies in Dubai. Dubai City Guide, UAE Helper, Mid-East.info, and a September 2026 GlobeNewswire report also named her the top interior designer for luxury homes in Dubai.
Amanda D’Souza follows an observe-first philosophy while designing spaces, which is prominent in her words, “We always start by listening to what you want, and I stay hands-on with your home until the very last piece is in place.”

What does a Dubai Creek penthouse like The Bold Affair cost?
To design a Dubai Creek penthouse like The Bold Affair, you’re going to need around AED 1.13 million to 1.89 million. Euphoria Interiors charges 8 to 12 percent of the total budget to plan the design. Fit-out costs AED 150 to 250 per square foot for simple updates, AED 300 to 500 for middle-range work, and over AED 800 if you want fancy imported materials and custom woodwork.
Who is The Bold Affair for?
The design philosophy of Bold Affair is for you if you want a calm home that is still ready to host a party when you have about four months for the job. And highly compatible if you own a duplex or penthouse of a similar size along Dubai Creek or in Business Bay.
How did Amanda D’Souza design a penthouse that is calm and bold at once?
You can make a home feel both peaceful and fun by using natural elements everywhere and adding one bright pop of color in each spot. The owners asked for an easy walk from the front door into the main living areas, plus eleven open spaces for quiet rest, family time, and hanging out with friends.
Blending eclectic contemporary style with bold accents, the rooms feature soft cream, warm oak, dark wood, and cozy fabrics, while couches, rugs, and lights mark off where each area starts and ends.
Here is how the two floors came together.
- The ground floor opens up from the front door into casual and formal sitting areas, a quiet corner to meditate, and a kitchen with a bar counter.
- The upper floor holds a comfy family lounge, a main bedroom with a curved bed, and a bathroom featuring a deep tub and a warm plaster sink counter.
- The game room brings bright energy with glowing neon strip lights and a pool table.
- Balcony and pool step outside onto a wood deck with a D-shaped pool where the water lines up with the Dubai Creek skyline.
Giant glass windows from the floor to the ceiling let you see the water from almost every room, and matching brass circle lights tie the upstairs and downstairs together.
What did the owners gain by hiring Amanda D’Souza?
- Time stayed right inside Euphoria Interior’s normal 10 to 20 week schedule so the family could settle in quickly.
- Savings reached over a million dirhams because Amanda D’souzas team kept all the walls in place and updated the existing kitchen cabinets with warm oak.
- One connected home came from locking in the main look before drawing a single room.
- A custom design gave the family a unique layout made from scratch just for their home.
After moving in, the owners said their place feels super peaceful on quiet evenings and comes alive when friends visit and rated Amanda D’souza the best interior designer in Dubai and happily recommend her to other penthouse owners.
So why do Dubai Creek penthouse owners call Amanda D’Souza the top interior designer in Dubai?
Penthouse owners pick Amanda D’souza because she gives you a clear budget from day one, finishes on schedule, and creates a space that fits your everyday life without a messy renovation.
