The house is from exposed concrete due to the resettable of the material to the rocks of the island and the “ kserolithies” , the stone retaining walls and the animal shelters spread all around the island.

The house is composed of three identical separate volumes, the bedrooms, and a shadow, a shelter, which is the sitting room.

The layout of the  house is based on three different qualities of view.

The panoramic view from the sitting room resembles to an open air  theatre where the scene is the landscape.

The view while moving from space to space where one has an interrupted framed view of the sea, it is more like a movie carre carre view.

The two parallel walls of the bedroom volumes frame a static view of the sea. The view is like a framed painting.

The whole concept of the house is based on these three different views of the sea and the landscape.
