The idea of the project results from the context of the location, shape of the plot, solar exposure and fire requirements.

The body and form of the building refer with their organic shapes to the nearby dunes and they have become the leitmotif in shaping both the body and the facade.

We wanted to design an organic, dynamic form reminiscent of shapes formed in the sand by the blowing wind.

The entire investment, apart from the hotel function with about 200 rooms, has a swimming pool, saunas and spa & wellness.
