Trellik Design Studio were commissioned to design the fifth Humble Grape Wine Bar + Kitchen + Shop in Canary Wharf following the success of their previous collaboration on all the other Humble Grapes sites.

The design fuses the retail and dining experiences with a cork shelving system, showcasing the wine collection whilst creating zones of seating that rest within the retail display.
This creates an intimate space between the user and the wine whilst being part of a larger space. The use of dark and rich cork textures coupled with warm tones of seating upholstery, metal shelving, and highlights of copper create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Other zones, like the bar and private dining rooms are all adjacent to the main dining zone and always have views of the wine showcase.
