The terrace is crowned by an automated Belgian gazebo equipped with intelligent louvered panels that respond dynamically to environmental conditions—adjusting seamlessly to wind, rain, and sunlight.
The louvered system intelligently adjusts to minimize glare and optimize comfort for guests seated beneath the gazebo, responding in real-time to changing weather patterns. The flooring throughout this entertainment level features a striking combination of Onyx and Black Marquina marble—a deliberate design choice that reinforces the sophisticated party aesthetic the homeowners envisioned for their social gatherings.

A generously proportioned bar has been seamlessly integrated into the dining zone’s
layout, serving as the centerpiece for beverage service during events. The expansive terrace
functions as a natural extension of the indoor space, providing additional capacity for
larger gatherings and allowing guests to flow freely between interior and exterior areas.

The formal living room stands as one of the residence’s most distinguished spaces,
anchored by flooring crafted from Blue Onyx—among the rarest marbles in the world—laid
in an intricate custom pattern. A commanding 12-by-8-foot painting by Tejinder Kanda
serves as the room’s visual centerpiece, unifying the entire composition. The space is
furnished with statement pieces from renowned Italian brands Visionnaire and Boca do
Lobo, reflecting a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship.

The 1,200-square-foot living room extends seamlessly onto an expansive terrace spanning
650 to 700 square feet, creating a fluid indoor-outdoor experience. The room’s architectural
sophistication is further evident in its solid wood paneling, which conceals two discreet
doorways—one leading to a guest bedroom, the other to the formal bar. These entries are
so expertly integrated into the paneling flanking the monumental artwork that they remain
virtually invisible to the unsuspecting eye.
From the formal living room, one of the concealed paneled doors opens into an intimate
bar area designed for refined entertaining. The space features a statement cabinet by Boca
do Lobo, set against walls finished entirely in leather paneling. The bar table itself is a
distinctive sculptural piece, hand-carved in genuine leather with an elaborate floral motif
that serves as the room’s defining design element.

The first floor, which houses the formal living room, also encompasses an expansive 1,250
square-foot master bedroom. This principal suite draws inspiration from Rajasthani
architectural heritage, featuring an ornate jharokha (traditional overhanging enclosed
balcony) that frames views of the central courtyard below. Above the bed, the ceiling
showcases a hand-painted dome executed by a skilled artisan, transforming the sleeping
area into an intimate gallery space. The bedroom’s spatial organization is defined by an
imposing jali screen crafted from solid wood, which elegantly delineates the sitting and
sleeping zones while maintaining visual connectivity throughout the suite.

The ground floor entry sequence, discreetly positioned behind the main facade, welcomes
guests with exquisite flooring crafted by Sicis India using authentic marble inlay. This
reception area includes a station for the household manager and an intimate seating
arrangement for preliminary meetings. Adjacent to the entrance is a private den—a
thoughtfully conceived buffer zone where the family can receive community members and
acquaintances in a formal yet accessible setting. This strategic spatial planning allows the
family to extend hospitality without compromising the privacy of the residence’s upper
living quarters, ensuring that casual social obligations can be graciously fulfilled at the
ground level.
