Occupying a building area of 32,000 square metres, GOP 1 features a lushly planted bio-climatic plaza that optimises natural light and ventilation to the inner workings of the workplace, whilst providing a conducive micro-climate for people to enjoy a greater balance between work and play.
GOP 1 has set a new benchmark in green office campus design: it was certified with Gold Greenship from the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) and awarded the 2021-2022 Asia Pacific Property Award for Best Office Architecture in Indonesia.
