6. Island time: Fiji home in Naisoso Island in Fiji

The project lies on Naisoso Island, next to Viti Levu. It houses magnificent views of the Mamanuca and Yasawa islands to the west. It was built as a retreat home to a couple that works overseas but has roots in Fiji. The project was designed by Patterson Associates to accommodate a large extended family. Keeping in mind the client’s expectations, the project was made international in style with a tropical touch.

7. Anthony Robbins’s House in Fiji

The House is a tropical bliss built for the acclaimed motivational speaker, Anthony Robbins. It is located in Suva, the capital city of Viti Levu. The architect, Robert Trown designed “Namale” (the name of the house). It sits very well amongst lush greenery and follows the Fijian Bure style of the traditional thatched houses that are characteristic to the Islands. Trown, in this project, showcased an amalgamation of the various cultures on the island by drawing ideas for the colour palette from Indonesia, India, and Africa.

8. Six Senses Fiji

Six Senses Fiji is a 120-acre boutique hotel located on the Malolo Island close to Viti Levu. Here, users are engaged in health, wellness and spa programs. There are 26 spacious in the hotel campus villas that range from 1200 to 1600 square feet. There are also 60 private residences with an average of 6500 square feet that include private pools that overlook the Vunabaka Bay.

9. Kokomo Private Island Fiji

It was when Lang Walker, an Australian businessman, wanted to realize his dream project, that the Kokomo private island was conceived. The island merges all of Walker’s favourite resorts into one. The resort island offers a variety of exhilarating experiences like infinity pools, kayaking, scuba diving and swimming with manta rays, just to name the least. The resort is built with sustainability in mind, using locally sourced materials.

10. Dolphin Island

Yet in another one of Fiji’s many famous islands, Viti Levu, is a 140-acre Relais & Chateaux retreat. One can get to this island by boat and be delivered to the Guest Bure Suite or the Hilltop Sleep Out-Bure. There are as many as four reef systems and 25 dive sites one can explore.
