Through their artistic vision, the Cipriani Residences tower was designed as a contemporary high-rise with a sleek, curved glass facade, subtle nautical influences that reference the Italian Riviera. With its fluid silhouette and its immense height, the Cipriani building makes a statement and easily stands out within the skyline.
That said, the interior spaces are where Cipriani’s signature identity is truly expressed. The building’s interiors are defined by high-quality natural materials, including stone, wood, and metal accents, combined with refined, understated color palettes that reflect the timeless Italian aesthetic.
The end result is a building that stays true to Cipriani’s heritage of refined Italian hospitality and translates it into a contemporary residential experience.
Residential Program & Features
The Cipriani Residences Miami tower is planned to soar 80 stories into the sky and house 397 luxury condos, with an average of 6 units per floor.
The lower and mid-level floors will feature one- to four-bedroom layouts, while the upper levels, beginning on the 62nd floor, will be dedicated to the exclusive “Canaletto” collection, which will comprise 74 even larger and more refined residences, six of which will be penthouses at the very top of the tower.
Each of the residences will feature generous living spaces with 10 ft. ceilings and offer breathtaking panoramic views complemented by floor-to-ceiling glass doors and windows and expansive private terraces.
As for the interior finishes, the residences will provide their owners with a curated selection of flooring options and spacious walk-in wardrobes in every bedroom. Furthermore, the units will also feature eat-in open kitchens, fitted with custom Italian cabinetry and a premium appliance package by Sub-Zero and Wolf.
The same level of detail will also be carried into the bathrooms, which will feature stand-alone bathtubs and glass-enclosed showers, and will be appointed with Italian cabinetry, imported stone tops, and back-lit mirrors.
