It’s the quality of service that is showcased at this very nascent stage of the project. Even though it’s a temporary set up which eventually is sold off or demolished eventually, it is the most strategic investment for the developer and hence needs smart and quick allocation of time and money to create a space that itself communicates more than the words do.

This office was constructed from ground up on a barren land on a total footprint of 7000 sq.ft. (total BUA i.e. 2000 sq.ft office + allied functional spaces), completed in 6 months which is remarkable for conventional construction methods. Time being of the essence, in accordance with the project launch date, the execution of furniture pieces started parallely at the workshop to expedite the interior execution time-line. Many other quick construction techniques were also adopted to execute the project quickly and efficiently.

Hero of our project, the lounge, exemplifies luxury at first glance right at the entrance into the office. It indulges the clients to offer a lifestyle like never before in the context of this project. With 2 large custom made 6 seater each sofas to accommodate families waiting to meet sales executive, the users get an overview of the project and base brief right here. The volume of this space adds to grandeur along with the rich selections and materials selected for the overall look. The lounge as a whole is a collection of a lot of pristine details that bring about the wow factor of the design.

The conference holds the second order of importance in the circulation of the users as the clients after lounge briefing are taken to the conference for video walk-through of the project. This space also holds functional importance at it houses all the physical documents of all the departments and serves as the brain storming space for all the departments from time to time. The storage was designed to bring about some quirk in space with the customized handles and playful artwork at the backdrop that engages viewers in a fun way. Again, every single object seen in the images (except the décor), from artwork to furniture, from curtains to chandelier, etc, have been custom made to curate the look of the space.

MD cabin is one of our beloved spaces in this project for the material subtle richness of the material palette. The luxurious marble table, the play of arches, the pop of rust and the complimenting wood and earthy tones are all our all-time favourite selections and in this case also our client’s. The humility and kindness of the owner reflects pretty well in this space. Some details like the artwork on the back wall of sofa and the circle behind MD cabin desk are again, our way of making the most out left over site materials.

A total of 3 sales cabins are designed adjoining the lounge space in more or less the similar massing fashion creating small visual differences through artworks and panelling styles. The desk, side table and the back storage were mass produced for these cabins to minimize wastage and for a quick turnaround time. These cabins are designed with a grey base palate adorned with colour accents of artworks, blinds and plants. For visual privacy only the central glass panes are covered with frosted films. While the top and bottom panes allow light penetration from the cabin windows all the way to lounge.
