At the heart of this home is its extensive court, ingeniously designed to breathe with changing rates of light and breathe throughout the day. Drafted with the implicit growth of bordering homes in mind, the yard ensures sequestration while inviting natural rudiments to enhance its charm.

A majestic neem tree stands altitudinous on the outside of the point, on the north side, offering its defensive shade and natural beauty. The large north- facing window, strictly designed as an extension of the house, frames this graphic view, seamlessly blending the outside with the indoors. It serves as a visual ground between the family’s living space and the serene presence of the neem tree, creating a sense of harmony and connection.
For the occupants, the neem tree has come more than just a natural element; it has come a cherished member of their family. Its sprawling branches give shade and sanctum, while its presence brings a sense of tranquillity and durability to their lives. The tree’s seasonal changes, from vibrant green leaves in spring to golden tinges in afterlife, mark the passage of time and produce a deep bond between the family and their surroundings.

The house features three bedrooms, ingeniously distributed to optimize space and sequestration. Thrusting above the auto parking position, a mezzanine bedroom offers a private space, overlooking the green geography from a deck in the front. Natural light cataracts into the innards through large windows and skylights, rounded by the witching play of murk cast by flies and leafage, creating an ever- changing shade of light and shade.

Cross ventilation channels fresh air throughout, enhancing the sense of vitality and well- being within the home. Rooftop ventilation facilitates the escape of hot air, icing comfort indeed in the heat of summer.
