Merging form and function, the club’s design embraces a contemporary aesthetic enriched with diverse influences. Inspired by Mediterranean architecture, the colonial-style buildings feature graceful arches and pitched roofs, reflecting the client’s vision of harmonizing with nature while optimizing spatial efficiency and usability. Contemporary elements with vibrant hues enliven the recreational, dining, and children’s play areas, adding a dynamic energy to the ambiance. Classic elegance intertwines with modern comfort in the interiors, exuding an air of opulence.

The club boasts a grand entrance on a podium level, providing ample parking space beneath. Visitors are immediately captivated by a vast reflecting pool at the entrance, which offers a breathtaking view of the pool area, deck, and the picturesque golf course beyond. This expansive blue stretch, framed by palm trees, brings to mind the elegance of Venetian canals, widening to reveal the lush green landscape at the rear. Surrounding the pool, ancillary functions are seamlessly connected by verdant greenery and skylit courtyards, ensuring that every space either overlooks the tranquil pool or the stunning golf course vistas. Cozy courtyards provide intimate spots for relaxation. A terrace above the main courtyard features an infinity swimming pool, offering uninterrupted views of the verdant landscape and ample space for poolside lounging and al fresco dining.

The design harmoniously incorporates multifunctional areas, blending serene poolside settings with vibrant sporting facilities to accommodate a range of experiences. Whether for leisurely relaxation, engaging in vigorous sports, or social gatherings, the clubhouse meets diverse needs while maintaining the unique character of each space. The fluid integration of indoor and outdoor areas infuses the facility with a sense of openness and vitality, enhancing the overall atmosphere.

Committed to eco-friendly design principles, the club primarily uses locally sourced materials, reducing carbon emissions and supporting the regional economy. The roof features a dual-layered slab with clay tiles and low-e glass windows, providing excellent insulation to maintain thermal comfort in a city where temperatures often exceed 40 degrees Celsius. Overhangs and shaded verandas aid in transitioning spaces while minimizing glare and heat gain. Water and energy-efficient systems ensure the club’s sustainability, meeting IGBC-LEED gold rating standards.
