With time, the process of city expansion and population growth amplifies, which entails the demand for conventional housing models to not only keep up with the changing requirements but also respond to the ongoing call for creative solutions. House sale prices and the environmental threat are higher now compared to the past, more than ever we need new and environmentally-friendly sustainable housing options. By picking up the baton I will spearhead the blog to explore the new wave of living through the experimental housing concepts that are aimed to challenge the status quo of our living spaces and design them to be more flexible and eco-friendly not forgetting to consider contemporary changes in the society.

 Current Housing Trends and Challenges

Present-day behaviours in housing address the large-scale changes because of the demographic movement, the impact of the economy, and environmental pressures.
