The RL Residence spans an area of 3000 square feet, thoughtfully designed to accommodate the needs of a growing family. The layout consists of a spacious living dining area, three bedrooms, a family lounge, a kitchen, and a verandah. The living dining area takes center stage in the RL Residence. Positioned on the north-east corner, it benefits from abundant natural light and offers stunning views of the surrounding lawns. The 15 feet high curtain walls allow the space to be flooded with light and create a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. A deep covered verandah further enhances the indoor-outdoor experience.
The placement of the bedrooms on the south and west sides of the house ensures privacy and tranquility. Each bedroom boasts picture windows that frame views of the expansive lawn, providing a serene and calming atmosphere.
The RL Residence perfectly embodies the contemporary vibe desired by the client. The use of pre-fab construction enables slender proportions of wall and column sections, creating clean, modern lines. The efficient execution of the construction allowed the completion of the project within a remarkable span of 6 months.The construction of the RL Residence incorporates a combination of materials that contribute to its contemporary aesthetic. Metal frame walls with cement board walls, plastered and painted, create a sleek and polished interior. The exterior features lightweight high-pressure laminate, adding a sophisticated touch to the overall design.
