Overhead the ceiling is lacquered and studded with pinpoints of light that create a star-filled sky. Two-way mirrors, framed with LEDs, provide views that recede into infinite space.

A central velvet seat, made by artisan metal workers in the UK, supports an ornate urban street sign. Couture fabrics yield sensual surfaces.

The architecture provides the infrastructure for the retail display with reference to the post-war surreal displays created by Jean Cocteau, working with Parisian couturiers, in a miniature ‘Théâtre de la Mode’.
