Structural insulated panels (SIPs) expedited construction time, improved energy efficiency and helped comply with the height ordinance.

Spray-in foam wall insulation, salvaged brick, and exterior cement panels, set in a rain-screen technique, also create an inviting and energy efficient residence.

The house is located in the city’s Greenway Parks neighborhood, which was chosen as one of “Texas’ 25 Best Places” by the Texas Society of Architects.
