Historically recognized as Blue Palace, alluding to its exterior painting, this old pombaline building is located Praça da Alegria, in the very city center of Lisbon.

The project aims to clarify and reinforce the heritage value of the existing building, in a gesture of careful rehabilitation. The vision is to convert an abandoned structure and assign a new function to it, envolved in a luxurious atmosphere which could remind the ancient golden era of the portuguese capital.
The Blue Palace’s pre-existing structure was readapted to a hotel of great quality, compatible with its privileged location in the city. Furthermore, it was sought to respect the main architectural characteristics of the building. The rehabilitation works started on mid- 2020 and are aim to finish in 2021.
