One of the main tasks of the project was to maintain contact between the building and the environment in which it is built.

Being a house in a lowland implies the presence of a high massive retaining wall, and outside the site an incredible view opens up, not loaded with buildings.

In order to preserve the contact between the environment and architecture, the general shape of the building is quite monumental, with the building divided into two parts:

the light part continues the line of the retaining wall. This technique creates a smooth transition between the fence of the site and the walls of the house, which allows the house to merge with the environment. On the facade of the building, a horizontal division of the facade into vertical rustications was applied. This technique creates a rhythm to the facade and gives it monumentality.

The facade part is already presented in the form of massive columns finished with black plaster.

Due to this technique, the building does not look like an elongated layer and the architectural dynamics of the facade is read, and the black color dilutes the pastel colors of the facade.

To preserve the dominant in the form of the main house, the guest house is designed in light colors, where the main expressiveness of the facade is given by an open terrace that combines a recreation area and a swimming pool.
