INFOGRAPHICS FOR HOUSING PROMOTION

The good climate of the area gives rise to the importance of outdoor spaces. The ground floor patios and the terraces of the upper and duplex floors that occupy the main façade of the building are oriented to the southwest seeking the sun and the views.
Wide outdoor spaces where the connection with the outside is total and essential for people’s well-being.

The interiors are organized with the intention that the most privileged spaces are occupied by day rooms. Thus kitchen, living room and terrace come together in a whole blurring the limits between the exterior and the interior.
In the infographics, special emphasis was placed on showing the exterior of the building to mark its orientation and preferred location to obtain impressive views of the bay of Malaga.
