Rosario, one of the largest cities in the province of Santa Fe in central Argentina, is located 300 kilometres northwest of Buenos Aires, on the west bank of the Paraná River. Rosario’s architectural blueprint is strikingly eclectic, demonstrating the influence of several international migrations that arrived in the city by the end of the nineteenth century and the first decades of the twentieth, as well as modern architecture masterworks. As the country’s social democrat and liberal hub, this port town has been home to an interesting mix of street artists, activist groups, creative professionals, and clubbers.
