The redesigned villa maintains the current organization on three levels and re-proposes the same distribution scheme, keeping the secondary functions on the basement ground floor, while on the upper floor, towards the west the living area facing the landscape below and to the east the sleeping area.

The second floor, set back from the floor below, reduces its visual impact from the street and houses the master bedroom suite.

An infinity pool and a Pool House are built next to the house.

Even the facades of the floors are rethought and treated with diversified finishes, to emphasize the contrast between the existing and the new upper floors, while taking up the rational organizational scheme of the old building.

The pigmented concrete base, partially masked by the vegetation, coincides with the consolidated ground floor, while the new upper floors are covered with slabs with a grit finish with the natural colours of the earth and vegetation. The living area opens towards the landscape, maintaining the current visual transparency, and the terraced garden is configured as an ideal extension of the internal areas towards the outside.
