The floor plan emphasizes open and flexible spaces that encourage the free flow of natural energy, creating an atmosphere where anyone can truly focus and unwind. Landscaping plays a pivotal role, with carefully curated green spaces that seamlessly extend from the entrance into the corridor with discussion rooms on either side leading to a courtyard. Featuring lush plants, and soothing water features, landscaped greens extend gracefully indoors, blurring the boundary between exterior and interior.
Walkthrough:
The reception: As you enter the space, the reception area greets you with an atmosphere of warmth and charm. The use of textured materials, such as beautifully patterned stone flooring‑ and natural fibres in the furnishings, creates an inviting ambiance. Perhaps the most remarkable feature of the design is the incorporation of large glass openings and a surrounding water body around the waiting area. These elements not only create a sensation of merging with the natural world but also allow natural light to permeate the interior, erasing the distinction between the indoors and the outdoors.

The Corridor: The pathway between the marketing office and the mock-up unit has been artfully designed as transitional zones, allowing a mindful shift between spaces.
The Discussion Rooms: Delicately designed discussion rooms peer out onto lush greens, forging an unbreakable link with nature. Meanwhile, the conference room provides a tantalizing glimpse of ongoing site progress, offering insight into the project’s evolution.

The Mock Up Unit: The 3-bedroom mock-up was crafted with a contemporary theme, harmonizing natural hues throughout the apartment. The open layout of the kitchen, living, and dining areas creates a spacious feel, enhanced by the seamless transition of colours like beige, grey, and whites. Both the bedroom and living room feature balconies, inviting in a fresh breeze and abundant natural sunlight. The master bedroom boasts wooden flooring‑, while the rest of the house is adorned with larger tiles, providing a cohesive ambiance.
