The project concerns terraced houses in the province of Trapani (Sicily) Inside each unit there is a living area on the ground floor with an adjoining study, while the sleeping area is planned on the first level, with a master bedroom, private toilet and single bedroom.

Outside there is a garden with a green lawn and a terraced area with a table for lunch.
The shape of the building is characterized by simple and minimal lines that fit together.
An element emerges from one side of the house, in warm wooden material that contrasts with the cold white plaster.
Intensely the central part of the house is the living room where there is a TV cabinet that overwhelmingly fills the back wall with a dark wooden essence that acts as an equipped wall.
In front of this custom-designed piece of furniture are the sofa and two armchairs, behind which the large opening overlooking the garden.
Behind the sofa, the majestic dining table with chairs with conical wooden feet and fenix top.
Overall, the project has taken a minimal turn but with warm and welcoming additions.
