The building (social housing) was conceived as a dual nature artifact, linked to its settlement specificity: it is a building that confronts the dilated spaces of the “Mall” and with the smaller scale of the rear fabric of houses on area.

We therefore imagined a slab building raised off the ground and occupying the entire surface of the area, below which are the volumes of the commercial units preceded by a portico, while the apartments are located on the upper levels.

Particular attention was paid to the housing typologies, that are distinguished by a complex typological research aimed at renovating the traditional single-level apartment.
