The design fits into the urban structure of the surrounding area, which is characterized by detached houses. For reasons of sustainability, the clients opted for a timber frame construction with renewable heat generation.

Due to the barrier-free design, the building was planned as a bungalow on the ground floor. The floor plan shows an open living concept, which enables a spatial flow of living.

To emphasize this, the living areas are positioned towards the garden and remove the boundary between inside and outside.
