Because this area requires safe recreational spaces, the main goal in locating the building on the site was to provide as much space for an internal yard as possible and make the path leading to the flats an enjoyable voyage for the habitants.
The volume of the building is split between two blocks, with the main living space spread among 4 monumental walls. They are connected by two-story communal patios located at one-floor intervals. We believe that this alternative, transitional space allows the building volume to breathe. We hope that the communal terraces will promote healthy coexistence among the flats’ residents.

Glazed ceramic tiles, cast-reinforced mosaic-type tiles, natural dacite stone, and door and window openings arranged in a wooden sliding system are among the eco-friendly finishing materials used.

We reckon that the proposed solution will contribute to a healthy urban fabric, which will in turn contribute to the proper development of the city’s organism.
