The residence itself is a small town that will offer its inhabitants a variety of facilities and services while blending in with the greenery that naturally surrounds the area and the clusters within.
The concept behind the complex is the city within a city. The residents will be able to experience the life of the city while being surrounded by an abundance of nature, outdoor activities, and built infrastructure.
The complex will include a kindergarten, school, health center, sports fields, retail facilities, wellness center, etc. This is the first project of its nature and category to be currently developed in Albania, presenting new opportunities, innovation, and a one-of-a-kind experience.
The vision aims to create a more sustainable community where it is expected to have housing available for a more variable budget.
The alternatives of the houses are typologies such as Row Houses, Semi-Detached Houses, Apartment Dwellings, and Luxury Villas.
Luxury Villas are an exclusive part of Lindner Garden Residence, kept at a minimum of 4 villas, each featuring its own unique design. The villas also have private pools and more garden space than the other typologies.
The project is located and incorporates Tirana Business Park, a renowned business area of the city and the first of its kind.
The main concept of the project started with a detail-oriented infrastructure system. The main road network is a combined variation of straight connecting intersecting roads and inner secondary roads that follow the shape of the plot.
Green natural spaces and recreational areas have the biggest emphasis on the entirety of the whole project, with each residence having its private gardens, accessible and usable rooftops, as well as public spaces.
The project contains low-rise residential buildings and high-density ones.
There are 3 main phases in which the project will be developed. The first phase is expected to start construction in early 2023.
