In this project (apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), we needed to create space for a full-fledged family life, minimizing the costs of implementing the project as much as possible and minimizing maintenance costs in the future. The initial data of an apartment building are such that the apartment is centrally supplied only with electricity.

Equipment that would make it possible to obtain a comfortable climatic environment at minimal cost involved covering 70% of the floor area with porcelain stoneware. Using such a quantity of porcelain stoneware in the living space, brutalist concrete on the ceiling and walls, as well as aerated concrete from which the walls are built, in the concept of the future interior, we risked getting a cold, unwelcoming and uncomfortable living space. However, as it is not difficult to admit, we underestimated the ability of concrete, aerated block and porcelain stoneware to create absolutely cozy and comfortable living spaces!

The symbiosis of these materials in this project confidently seduces with its strength and fundamentality! Creates a feeling of calm, confidence and a sense of security. These materials in this project, despite their brutality, demonstrated to us the ability to be visually velvety, pleasant and cozy. They make you fall in love with them, envelop you in their protective energy, allowing you to relax and leisurely, with pleasure, watch the serenity of the horizon from the heights of the floors…

And you no longer want to exchange these feelings of being outside of time, the feeling of independence for anything else.We are glad when customers are ready to experiment – the kitchen in this project is a rather non-standard solution, we thank the customers for their courage, because in the end the result satisfied not only us, but the customer himself was completely delighted, not expecting the impression that the space makes on those who lives in it.The bathroom design also supports the overall concept. This project is further proof that our attempts to introduce sustainable design principles into interior projects are breaking stereotypes and are receiving response and support, as well as an increasing number of fans and followers.
