The Suave Suite, as its name suggests, effortlessly blends luxury and simplicity in this apartment. It encompasses three bedrooms, along with a family sitting area, dining space, and kitchen. The design employs muted aesthetics, infused with an air of casual elegance, to create a luxurious, sophisticated, and grounded atmosphere. The entire home embraces natural tones and skillfully combines warm and cool shades, accented with vibrant pops of color. Special attention was given to achieving a minimalist, spacious, and vibrant living environment.
To give the raw and robust look to the area, the foyer here is adorned with the copper colored mosaic, relwood, and stone veneer with fine details. The ceiling is beautified with Jute finished MCM Cladding to match the overall ambience. Combining all of this, provides the luxurious feel to the visitor. From the first impression of the detailing shown at the very entrance, one can make out that this home is special. A serene spot in the space is created by the stylish chairs with coffee table.
The PVC Fluted Cladding with silver stripes in the vestibule highlights it in a unique way. The entrance features a meticulously designed temple that radiates positivity and serenity, infusing the entire house with a tranquil atmosphere that lasts throughout the day.
The Drawing Room exudes a sophisticated ambiance through a color palette dominated by whites, browns, and beige. Meticulously crafted from a blend of MCM Cladding, Veneer, and soft furnishings, this space showcases a subtle yet elegant aesthetic. Thoughtfully chosen artifacts enhance the overall design narrative, injecting a touch of charm into the serene environment. The focal point of the room is the striking white striated textured stone cladded wall, complemented by the PVC Fluted Panels featuring silver lines as a backdrop for the TV Unit. The inclusion of a beige Italian leather sofa and stylish round-centre tables contributes to the room’s comfort and coziness.
The Garden balcony provides a spectacular view and a soothing place to spend quality time with family. It features an artificial lawn, garden seating, and a swing, creating a cozy sit-out for relaxation and enjoyment.
To bring in ample natural light to the dining area, we opened up the space by converting a bedroom into a family sitting area. This transformation resulted in a spacious open plan spanning 30′ in length, encompassing the family sitting area, dining space, and kitchen. The inclusion of informal low-height seating adds a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, perfectly tailored to the occupants’ personality.
We adorned the Dining Area with a beautiful Onyx Italian Marble table and seating for six, effortlessly blending the color theme with the overall aesthetics for seamless circulation.
The kitchen boasts modular grey cabinets with an acrolam finish, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. To enhance the spaciousness, the store room was removed from the layout. The flooring has been changed to WPC for a contrasting warmth, while sleek cabinets and modern appliances add both functionality and style in the space.
The master bedroom is adorned with a color palette of grey and white, establishing a cohesive ambiance throughout the room. It features clean and simple design elements, including spacious wardrobes with exotic cement grey textured PVC Fluted Panels and a sleek PU finish. The addition of a circular mirror on the wall adds a unique touch to the room’s character. The grey vinyl flooring complements the overall interior theme of the room flawlessly.
With a focus on comfort, convenience, and the client’s son’s age, the children’s room is thoughtfully designed to reflect his personality and create a vibrant atmosphere. The beige fluted headboards are complemented with a striking contrast through the use of Greyish MCM Cladding and wooden fluted panels as a backdrop for the bed, adding richness to the overall aesthetic.
With a focus on the simple and minimal lifestyle of the parents, the bed in this bedroom is adorned with a backdrop of Beige colored PVC Fluted Panels. The design of the room remains simple and neutral, utilizing the same color palette throughout.
Strategic planning, attention to detail, customized furniture and sensitive artistic manipulations moulded this house into a home, which is replete with style, function, and sheer practicality that creates a sense of peace and homeliness.
